End User License Agreement

You must accept this End User License Agreement before GeoParty creates an anonymous player session or allows you to continue into the app. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

GeoParty grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for its intended lawful purpose. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, disrupt, or misuse the app or its related services.

User content includes display names, bundled avatar choices, and other information submitted through private rooms. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to share it.

GeoParty has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not submit or use the app to promote pornography, sexual exploitation, threats, violence, harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, illegal activity, impersonation, spam, disclosure of private information, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Use the shield action beside a player or in the match header to report objectionable behavior. A submitted report immediately hides that player from your view and sends the report for review.

You can also block an abusive player. Blocking immediately hides that player from your view. Manage blocked players from Settings > Blocked Players.

GeoParty reviews player reports within 24 hours. When content violates this agreement, GeoParty will remove the offending content and eject, disable, or terminate the user who provided it within that period. GeoParty may preserve safety records or take other reasonable action needed to protect users and the service. Knowingly false or abusive reports may result in account action.

Use your judgment, respect personal boundaries and applicable laws, and do not pressure another person to participate. Leave a private room if behavior feels unsafe, inappropriate, or unwelcome.

This license ends if you stop using the app or violate this agreement. GeoParty may suspend or terminate access for objectionable content, abuse, repeated violations, fraud, security threats, or unlawful conduct.

The Privacy Policy explains how account, game, safety, and support information is handled. Questions and safety concerns can be submitted through the GeoParty Support Form.

This agreement may be updated as GeoParty develops. When acceptance of a new version is required, the app will present it before continued use.
